Tried it out the other day and it really works. Takes a bit of time on the back burner, and then you've got to marinate it. It was extra extra firm, could have used some more time in the marinade, a pretty dry texture inside. I was thinking I could make up a batch and freeze it right in the marinade. ?? Wonder if that would work.
